In Antigua the left side is the right side and the right side is the wrong side. Also you will need a temporary license which you can obtain at ??? police stations. The roads are probably narrower than you are used to and can be rough and livestock frequently wanders or runs into the road. Other drivers can be courteous, sometimes too much so, look out for sudden stops to let pedestrians or traffic pass. There are also large vehicles on fairly narrow roads so be cautious at all times. It is OK to stop and read a map or ask for directions, people are most always helpful and interested but be sure and pull well off the road.
